We do not issue loans, make credit decisions, or act as a lender. Our role is limited to facilitating your submission of loan requests and displaying potential offers from third-party Lenders based on the information you provide.

- The terms, rates, or amounts offered by any Lender
Any loan agreement entered into is solely between you and the applicable Lender.
1.1 Loan Terms
Loan offers available through third-party Lenders may vary based on your credit profile, state regulations, income, and other factors determined by each Lender.
Typical Annual Percentage Rates (APR) range from 6.99% to 35.99%, with repayment periods between 3 and 24 months. All final loan terms will be disclosed by the Lender before you sign any agreement.

If you borrow $2,000 for a 12-month term at an APR of 12%, your estimated monthly payment would be approximately $177.61, and your total repayment would be $2,131.32. This example is hypothetical and not a guarantee of actual loan terms.
1.3 Repayment Terms
Repayment schedules, interest rates, and payment amounts are determined solely by the Lender. You are encouraged to carefully review all loan documentation before agreeing to any offer.
2. Eligibility

By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of unauthorized or fraudulent use.
4. Third-Party Lenders and Offers
Loans & Cash Advance: E-MTrans is not a party to any agreement between you and a Lender. We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the products or services of any Lender. It is your responsibility to evaluate loan offers and decide whether to accept them.
5. No Guarantee of Approval
Submitting a loan request through the App does not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer or be approved. All approval decisions are made independently by participating Lenders.
6. Fees and Charges
Loans & Cash Advance: E-MTrans does not charge users any fees for using the App or submitting loan requests. However, individual Lenders may charge fees, including:
- Origination fees
- Late payment or NSF fees
- Applicable interest charges
You are responsible for reviewing and understanding any fees associated with a loan offer before accepting it.
7. User Conduct
- Violating any applicable law or regulation
- Providing false or misleading information
- Attempting to access data not intended for you
- Interfering with App operations
- Compromising the App’s security or integrity
Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to those data practices.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Electronic Money Transfer LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100), regardless of cause or theory of liability.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Electronic Money Transfer LLC and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the App or dealings with third-party Lenders.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will take effect upon posting within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Wyoming, unless prohibited by law.
